About Gillian


Gill is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, trained at the renowned Lotos Studios, Berlin, recognised by the ‘Yoga Alliance International’ Institute. Her teaching supports strength, flexibility, and mobility, while offering a calm, grounded space to reconnect and be present.

Each class is an invitation to align mind and body through breath, with a focus on awareness and self-acceptance. Gill teaches Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Nidra, as well as Vinyasa and Dynamic flow, with every session supported by pranayama breathwork and meditation. She also offers sound baths playing the Tibetan singing bowls and gongs, as well as sound-accompanied yoga classes for deeper connection and resonance.

She teaches open studio classes, workshops, private tuition, corporate sessions, and a weekly ‘Yin with Sound’ workshop at Quaker Hall in Blackheath, London. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, Gill welcomes all enquiries and looks forward to meeting you on the mat.
